Luxury Villa
We use a luxury 7 bedroom villa in a quiet residential suburb of Cape Town.
All rooms have 2 double beds and a private bathroom to accomodate singles, couples and families
All rates are based on double occupancy
There are no single supplements and single occupancy cannot be guaranteed. Where needed, we pair up singles of the same gender to share a double room. For this reason, gender neutral travellers should not book as singles.

Meals
All meals are planned by our in-house nutritionist.
Our meals can be adapted for vegetarians. Kindly let us know before or after making a booking that you are a vegetarian. Please note that we cannot handle any allergy requests such as nut allergies. Kindly do not book if you have special medical
Booking
Full payments held in separated client account until trip commences, securing your funds in case you need to cancel due to unforeseen events.
Date Changes – Sometimes you just need to reschedule.
You are welcome to reschedule your adventure once free of charge thereafter we charge $100 per change.
Last minute changes can be made up to midnight Friday just before your adventure commences.
Cancellations
Adventures are 80% refundable up to 3 DAYS just before your adventure commences. Thereafter a 50% refund can be offered to no-shows.
We strongly recommend rescheduling instead of cancellation.

Transport is private and the driver, one of our team members, is dedicated to your tour group.
